See below for answers to the most frequently asked questions about the game, reservations and how to access our premises. Questions are our thing!
We insist on the fact that you can't play with 3 people (neither one nor two)! If you show up with 3 people, we won't be able to let you play.
The game can be played from the age of 8 upwards, as long as the participant is able to spend 1 hour in the room, standing or sitting.
The questions are adapted to the age of the participants: children, students, adults, families... there's something for every type of group!
The questions are accessible to all; they are more often drawn from popular culture than from traditional general culture as taught at school. Several questions per game do not require any knowledge at all (reasoning, memorization, observation...).
If you'd like more advanced questions, we can raise the difficulty level of the questions.
Moreover, the questions are only one component of the Quiz Room experience: rely on your intuition, your guile, your speed and your collaboration (when you play as a team) to win!
We have a version of the game in French, with questions on French and international culture.
We also have a version of the game in English, with questions on international culture only.
A session consists of 2 parts that last 30 to 35 minutes each. Including the set-up of the session (composition of the teams, configuration of the game with the manager), it takes between 1 hour and 1 hour and 15 minutes of presence in our premises.
There's no host, just Ambre, our super voiceover! For 1h15, the Quiz Room is yours and yours alone. Take advantage of this chance to express yourself as you wish with your group.
The Quiz Master checks that everything is running smoothly, and can intervene if anything goes wrong.
In most of our centers, the person making the reservation is responsible for making the full payment.
There are quick-refund applications such as Pumpkin or Lydia that allow you to be reimbursed by your friends immediately after payment has been made, so you don't have to pay the full amount of the reservation in advance.

Reservations must be paid in full or in part online. However, additional players are welcome, up to a limit of 18 per Quiz Room. These players pay on site by credit card (cash not accepted).
As the places are not nominative, it is possible to find a replacement for the D-Day!
If the player is not replaced, make sure to gather at least 4 players. We do not issue refunds, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale... In case of surplus, please contact your Quiz Room center to find out more about our credit policy.
You can modify your reservation up to 5 days before your scheduled time by clicking on your reservation confirmation e-mail or by calling the Quiz Room center where you made your reservation.
You cannot cancel your reservation.
